So as to improve the English learning enthusiasm of students from the Senior High Department and enrich their extracurricular life, the preliminary competition of 2019 English Singer Contest of the Senior High Department of Anqing Foreign Language School was held as scheduled on the afternoon of 4th November. This competition attracted many students who love English songs. The contestants showed their oral English and their distinctive voices by singing solo or chorus, demonstrating the energetic outlook of students and their strong artistic appeal. Evidently, the contest was brilliant and won unanimous praise from the judges. After this preliminary competition, four programs will reach the finals in the middle of November respectively in Senior One and Senior Two. We look forward to their more wonderful performances.
